Sierra Interactive Pricing & Review (2026): Plans, MLS Feeds, and Lead Routing
Last verified: September 29, 2026 against sierrainteractive.com/pricing/ (official pricing) and the official Sierra Interactive Help Center (help.sierrainteractive.com). How we verify →
One-line verdict: Sierra is the premium-website play — the best-looking IDX sites in this comparison, with a capable CRM attached. You pay for that polish: 12-month agreement, per-user pricing, and a dialer that costs extra on the entry plan.

1. What Sierra Interactive is
Sierra sells from the website inward: a high-end IDX site is the product, and the CRM rides along. Teams that choose Sierra usually start from "we want the nicest site in our market" and work backward — not from "we need the cheapest per-user CRM."
If your decision is driven by lead routing depth alone, Follow Up Boss beats it on price and flexibility. If the website is the storefront your brand lives on, Sierra is the one to beat.
2. Plans and pricing
| Plan | Annual (per month) | Monthly billing | Users included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $299.95 | $359.95 | 1 |
| Essential | $399.95 | $474.95 | 3 |
| Growth | $599.95 | $724.95 | 5 |
Notes worth reading before you sign:
- 12-month agreement either way. The choice is annual prepay vs. monthly billing — not contract vs. no-contract.
- Monthly billing carries a $500 one-time setup fee. Annual prepay has no setup fee, so the annual route saves twice: lower monthly rate and no setup charge.
- The dialer is not included on Starter. Essential and Growth have it built in; Starter adds $100/mo for the dialer. A solo agent who wants to call from the CRM pays $399.95/mo on annual — not $299.95.
- Extra seats are cheaper than a plan jump. A 4th agent on Essential is a $60/mo add-on seat, not a step up to Growth (Starter add-on seats are $75/mo). Model your real team size, not today's.
3. MLS feeds
One MLS feed is included. Each additional feed is $25/mo. Before you commit, confirm on the demo call that your MLS is supported — Sierra's coverage is broad but not universal, and a premium website fed by the wrong MLS data is an expensive problem.
4. Lead routing
Sierra's routing is rule-based and well documented in its official Help Center:
- Routing rules by source, tag, buyer/seller type, location, and price range — the most granular rule set in this comparison.
- Distribution modes per rule: auto-assign rotation, claim-with-timeout, instant call, first-to-claim, or lead pond.
- Claim with timeout is the standout: an agent gets a window to claim the lead, then it rolls to the next agent. Fewer dead leads than pure round-robin.
For a team with distinct buyer/seller agents or price-band specialists, Sierra's rules get you closer to "the right agent, automatically" than anyone else here.
5. Before you buy: the six questions to ask on the demo
- Is my MLS covered, and what's the $25/mo per extra feed math for my market?
- What's my true monthly cost for my team size, on annual vs. monthly billing, including the dialer if I need it?
- What exactly is covered by the $500 setup fee on monthly billing — and can it be waived?
- What happens to the website, its content, and its domain if I leave after 12 months?
- If I cancel, how do I get my full contact database out — export format, and any fees?
- How are price increases handled at renewal — is my rate locked for the agreement term?
6. Who it's for / who it's not for
Buy it if: you're a team or brokerage where the website is the brand — luxury markets, listing-heavy teams — and you want site + CRM from one vendor with serious routing rules.
Skip it if: you're a solo agent on a budget (the 12-month term and per-user pricing punish small teams — see Wise Agent's $49 flat rate for contrast), or you want month-to-month freedom.
FAQ
Does Sierra Interactive require a contract? Yes — 12 months, whether you pay annually or monthly. There is no month-to-month option.
Is the dialer included? On Essential and Growth, yes. On Starter it's a $100/mo add-on — budget $399.95/mo (annual) if you're a solo agent who wants to call from the CRM.
How many MLS feeds do I get? One included; $25/mo per additional feed.
What's the real first-year cost for a solo agent? Starter on annual: $299.95 × 12 = $3,599.40, no setup fee — but no dialer. Add the dialer and it's $4,799.40. On monthly billing with the $500 setup, it's $4,819.40 before you add the dialer. Compare that against your expected GCI before signing.
