Worked example (our arithmetic from the rates above): 1,000 outbound SMS segments cost $7.47 at $0.00747, before carrier fees. Replies are billed too, and long messages use several segments. Undelivered messages are still billed per the guide.

Contract and exit
Per the official pricing page and Terms of Service (June 2026): 14-day free trial, billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel, and usage-based fees can apply during the trial. Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually and renew until cancelled; cancel through your account, a support ticket or by phone at the number in the Terms. Fees are non-refundable, including for partly used periods; some add-ons carry non-cancellable minimum commitments. After cancellation HighLevel retains account data for 90 days, and phone numbers bought through the platform are released within 14 days. Plans marketed as unlimited are subject to a Fair Use Policy.
