Sierra Interactive publishes all three plans at sierrainteractive.com/pricing/ with two billing columns: annual prepay (cheaper, no setup fee) vs. monthly billing (higher rate + $500 one-time setup). Every plan is a 12-month agreement — the choice is how you pay, not whether you commit.

Two decisions move this number by thousands: annual vs. monthly ($1,220 apart with the dialer), and whether you need the dialer at all. A solo agent who lives on text and email pays $3,599.40 on annual — a solo agent who calls pays $4,799.40. Know which one you are before you pick the plan.

Growth is the natural 5-agent plan: 5 users included, dialer built in, no add-on math. The annual-vs-monthly gap is exactly $2,000 — the $500 setup plus twelve months of the higher rate. If cash flow allows annual prepay, it's the cheapest way to buy Sierra.
10-agent team: first-year total — Growth + 5 add-on users
Growth covers 5 users, and Sierra publishes add-on pricing — so a 10-agent team doesn't need a second subscription. Users 6–10 cost $20/user/month on Growth:

That's roughly $6,000 less than buying two Growth subscriptions — the published user tiers make one Growth plan plus add-ons the cheaper path. Starter add-on users run $75/user/mo; Essential's 4th–10th users run $60/user/mo.
Contract and price-increase risk
12-month agreement on every plan, either billing cycle. Annual prepay locks your rate for the year; monthly billing does not lock anything beyond the agreement. Confirm in writing what the rate does at renewal — and whether the $500 setup fee applies again if you switch billing cycles mid-term.
Cost of leaving
Your website, its content, and possibly its domain live on Sierra. Confirm before signing: domain ownership, what happens to the site on exit, and whether lead history and transaction data export cleanly. Exit terms are not published — get them in the order form.
What's NOT in these numbers
