Public pricing status: one flat rate, fully published
Wise Agent publishes the simplest pricing on this site: one tier, $49/mo or $499/yr, at wiseagent.com/pricing. No per-user math, no quote form, no contract. The only variables are the add-ons — and one of them (the dialer) has no published price.

The flat rate, and what "flat" covers

Up to 5 team members share the flat rate (one shared login, not five separate seats). Beyond 5: $20/mo per batch of 5 extra members. No setup fee, no contract, 14-day free trial, free unlimited onboarding and training. The WiseSocial tier (+$20/mo) adds automated social media posts for your listings — branded listing videos and content scheduling; skip it if you already post your own listings.

$499–$800 for the full first year. That's the cheapest credible CRM setup on this site — our solo agent guide recommends this exact configuration. The dialer is the wildcard: if you need it, get the current price before you budget.

Same as solo — five members ride on the same flat rate, provided everyone shares the single login. If each of your five agents wants their own login, add 4 × $20/mo = $80/mo ($960/yr) on top. This is where Wise Agent embarrasses per-user pricing: five agents on Follow Up Boss Grow start at $4,140/yr before the dialer.

Contract and price-increase risk
No contract, cancel anytime, 14-day free trial. The risk profile is the inverse of Sierra or Real Geeks: nothing locks you in, so nothing locks your rate either — but at $49/mo, a price increase hurts less than a $500 setup fee elsewhere.
Cost of leaving
No contract means no penalty. Confirm the data export format (contacts, drip history, transaction records) before you need it — we haven't documented Wise Agent's export flow from a real account yet.
What's NOT in these numbers
The unpublished Power Dialer price (confirm before budgeting if you call), custom IDX website build costs (confirm whether the done-for-you site is included in $49/mo), ad spend, and taxes.
