1. What IXACT Contact is
IXACT Contact bundles a CRM (contact profiles, calendar/tasks, birthday and keep-in-touch reminders, listings/buyers area, lead capture) with email marketing (professionally written monthly e-newsletter, drip campaigns, BombBomb video email) and a responsive agent website. It is built for agents whose pipeline is referrals and past clients more than paid portal leads. A Teams version and a Broker Program (call for pricing) are listed. IXACT Recruiter is a separate recruiting CRM product.

|---|---|---|
| Individual / Team Leader | $55/mo | $46.75/mo ($561/yr on the signup page) |
| Team Members | $34/mo | $28.90/mo |
Year one, solo: $561/yr on annual, or $660/yr month-to-month — about $99/yr saved by paying annually.
Year one, team of 5 (leader + 4 members): ≈ $1,948.20/yr annual, or $2,292/yr month-to-month.
Signup page: 14-day free trial, then $561/year or $55/mo; No Contract Required. Subscriber Agreement: cancel any time by written notice (email works); no refund of payments already made; cancelling the CRM also cancels the website.
3. Optional add-ons

| IDX one-time setup | $69 |
| Website domain registration | $24/year |
| Social Stream | $20/mo |
| Custom texting number | $5/mo (100 credits/mo included) |
2,500 free mass emails per month; drip emails from Marketing Plans are unlimited and do not count against that pool. Bulk email and text credit packs are listed on the pricing page if you need more.
No dialer is listed on the pricing page.
4. Before you buy: questions to ask
- Is the agent website IDX-ready for my MLS only after the IDX Broker add-on, or is there a listings path without it?
- Do birthday/keep-in-touch reminders and the monthly e-newsletter start automatically after setup, or do I configure each?
- For a team, do member seats get their own login and activity trail?
- What export formats are available on cancel, and how long after cancel can I download?
- Does the Broker Program price beat $28.90/mo per agent at my headcount?
5. Who it's for
Best for: solo agents (and small teams) whose business is sphere and past-client referrals and who want the monthly e-newsletter done for them — at a published low price with no contract.
Skip if: you need paid lead gen, a dialer, or deep team lead routing (Follow Up Boss, CINC, Brivity).

IXACT Contact Review: Pricing, Features, Pros & Cons (opens in a new tab)
The Close · Aloun Khountham · Dec 17, 2024Independent review
Likes the done-for-you newsletters, drip campaigns and included agent website, and says pricing is simple. Cons: limited customization, no document management, no contact segmentation, and texting costs extra. The monthly and team-member prices it lists line up with IXACT’s current pricing page.

Ixact CRM review (opens in a new tab)
TechRadar · Lauren Farrell · Feb 22, 2023Independent review
Found the pre-written newsletters and activity plans genuinely time-saving and support fast during business hours. Downsides: contacts had to be imported by support (no self-serve CSV upload at the time), only a few website templates, and a slower mobile app than the desktop version. Prices and trial length in this older review have since changed.
