Lofty (formerly Chime) Pricing & Review (2026): Quote-Only Buyer's Guide

Last verified: September 29, 2026 against lofty.com/price-packages (official plans page). Lofty publishes no prices — every plan shows "Request Pricing" only. How we verify →

One-line verdict: Lofty is the AI-follow-up bundle: website, IDX, ads, and an AI sales agent that works leads for you. But you can't price-shop it from your desk — everything runs through a demo and a custom quote. This page is a buyer's guide for that process, not a price list.

1. What Lofty is

Lofty (formerly Chime) is an all-in-one platform: IDX website, CRM, paid ad programs, and AI follow-up — including an AI Sales Agent that engages leads by text. The pitch is that the system, not just you, works new leads and handles the follow-up.

2. What we know (official) vs. what we don't

Verified on lofty.com:

  1. Four official plans: Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker, Lofty Enterprise.
  2. No public pricing on any plan — each has a "Request Pricing" button only.
  3. Lofty states pricing "varies based on your choice of platform package, seat count, optional upgrades and lead-gen programs."
  4. Power Dialer is listed as an add-on with no public price.

3. Pricing context (third-party, unverified)

Because Lofty publishes nothing, third-party reviews are the only public numbers — and they use retired plan names (Core/Premier/Enterprise) that Lofty no longer sells under. Treat these as rough order-of-magnitude context only, not quotes:

Do not budget off these. Get your number from the demo.

4. How to get a real quote: the demo playbook

  1. Go in with your numbers: agent count, monthly lead volume, and whether you want ad spend managed or just the platform.
  2. Ask for the quote in writing, broken into: platform fee, per-seat cost, add-ons (dialer, AI agent), onboarding, and any lead-gen program minimums.
  3. Ask what happens at renewal — quote-based pricing can move when the term ends.
  4. Ask for the cancellation clause before you sign anything — we could not verify it publicly.

5. Before you sign: the six questions

  1. What's my all-in monthly cost at my seat count, itemized?
  2. Is there a contract term, and what does early cancellation cost?
  3. What are the onboarding/setup fees, and what do they cover?
  4. Which MLS markets are included in my IDX site, and what do extra markets cost?
  5. What's the current AI Sales Agent price and its lead/volume limits?
  6. If I cancel, what happens to my website, its domain, and my lead data?

6. Who it's for / who it's not for

Consider it if: you're a team that wants website + CRM + ads + AI follow-up from one vendor, and you're comfortable buying through a sales process.

Skip it if: you want transparent, published pricing you can compare today (see Real Geeks or Sierra), you're a solo agent on a budget (Wise Agent is $49/mo flat), or you refuse quote-only buying on principle.

FAQ

Why doesn't Lofty publish prices? Because pricing varies by package, seat count, upgrades, and lead-gen programs — that's Lofty's stated reason. Practically, it means every deal is negotiated.

Is Lofty the same as Chime? Yes — Lofty is the current brand name for what was previously sold as Chime. Ignore third-party reviews that treat them as different products, but also ignore their prices: the plan names changed.

Does Lofty include a dialer? A Power Dialer is listed as an add-on. No public price — confirm it on the demo.

Can I get Lofty month-to-month? Not verified publicly. Ask on the demo and get the term in writing.
