ZipISA will sell its AI seller-prospecting agent to just one brokerage per ZIP code

Original headline: “Newest AI for Real Estate Brokerages: ZipISA Will Sell Its AI to One Brokerage per ZIP, Locking Out Rivals” — ZipISA (vendor announcement), Oct 12, 2026

In an October 12 press release, ZipISA, an AI platform that finds likely home sellers and contacts them by email in an agent's name, said it is opening its system to brokerages and will sell it to only one brokerage brand in each ZIP code, with a brokerage package of three ZIP codes and nine agent seats under the firm's own brand. Each seat's AI agent researches homeowners, writes to them, follows up on days 3, 7 and 14, answers replies and books calls, drawing on expired listings, intent data, website visitors and the company's Home Value Pros site, and new contacts land in Follow Up Boss, Lofty or kvCORE/BoldTrail. ZipISA says that since its June 9 launch it has contacted more than 80,000 likely sellers, passed nearly 19,000 homeowner contacts into agents' CRMs and booked about 150 calls for roughly 250 agents, figures that are company-reported.

Our take (opinion & analysis, not reporting)

By the company's own numbers, roughly 150 booked calls came from more than 80,000 homeowners contacted, so ask for results in ZIPs like yours before you lock in a territory. Because the AI writes to homeowners in your name, review sample emails and how replies and opt-outs are handled before anything goes out. If you run Follow Up Boss, Lofty or BoldTrail, set up a separate lead source or tag for these contacts so you can judge them against the rest of your pipeline.
