Meta's Muse AI agent plugs into HighLevel CRM: what agents should test first
Original headline: “Meta Muse Comes to HighLevel, Bringing AI to Real Estate Lead Management” — The Close, Oct 8, 2026
Meta announced on September 29 that its Muse AI agent connects to HighLevel, and an October 2 update says Muse can reach more than 600 HighLevel operations across 38 CRM areas, such as looking up lead records, updating contacts and helping coordinate appointments. These are actions the AI can call, not ready-made automations; Meta says publishing, sending messages or spending money still needs the user's approval, and Muse is available in the US and Canada.
Our take (opinion & analysis, not reporting)
For agents on HighLevel: test it on dummy leads first, check consent and opt-out rules for any automated follow-up, and price out the full setup, since HighLevel's messaging, phone and some AI features cost extra. We would treat it as an experiment layered on your follow-up, not a replacement for it.
