Compass moves its own title and escrow onto Qualia, starting Oct. 12

Qualia is expanding its partnership with Compass International Holdings, moving title and escrow operations across Compass Integrated Services' companies onto the Qualia platform and replacing separate systems inherited from the Anywhere Real Estate merger. The first title company goes live October 12, with more following through 2027; the companies say agents using the existing one-click title ordering from Compass's Home Platform attach title and escrow at roughly twice the rate of those who don't.

Big brokerages are pulling closing services into the agent's own dashboard — convenient, but your clients can still choose their own title company, so be ready to explain any affiliated-business disclosure. If your brokerage bundles closing services, keep your own transaction notes in your CRM so the client relationship stays yours.
