Realtor.com rolled out RealAssist AI inside its Realtor.com+ workspace on October 6 — an AI layer that guides client and search setup, condenses each client's chats, searches and price changes into a daily digest with suggested next steps, and drafts follow-up actions for the agent to approve. The company says the platform now spans 21 markets and serves more than 192,000 agents, roughly a tenth of the US agent base, with up to 10% adoption in live markets.

The big portals are shipping proactive AI that drafts your follow-ups before you log in — worth knowing what it can do and what still needs your sign-off, because clients will start expecting that speed from you too. Compare it with the AI drafting already in your CRM before relying on a portal's tools for client contact.
